Class Descriptions:
HSH Classes are divided in 2 level each Beginner 1 & 2, Intermediate 1 & 2. Students in order to pass from one level to the next must know and be able to execute the syllabus of his/her previous class. Each Class will have a 5 min review of the previous level syllabus so be ready to Show your moves.
All classes are ongoing, you can start at anytime. Every Salsa class starts with 5-10 min of solo footwork, also known as “Shines”, which will help you get faster and lighter on your feet . follow by 5 min syllabus review and 40 min of new syllabus.
In these 2 levels we introduce the students to the Salsa rhythm and how to count to Salsa music by working on 7 basic moves
Beg 1 (3 moves): Cross Body Lead - Right Turn - Left Turn
Beg2 (4moves): Hammer Lock - Hand Change Turn - Break Change - Pass.
This class is designed for those students who have learned the beginner syllabus (shines and Partner work) concepts of salsa rhythm and timing. It is important and required that the student knows all the step from beginner level in order to take this class.
Inter 1 (5 moves): N.Y & L.A prep- CBL left turn closed- CBL Right turn - Continuous Brake Change to CBL- Copa This classes are for students who would like to challenge themselves and take their Salsa to a new level. . Lots and lots of technique, movement, rhythm, SHINES!! and lots of hard work are the ingredients of this class. This classes will have the opportunity to perform at local and special events.
Ladies Performance Class: Get ready for a hot hot hardcore class that will take your styling to the next level and will get you ready for the summer. Henri will start this class with a strength , flexibility and cardio warm up followed by a hot hot routine. This class willl be an intense one. · Performance class is for Intermediate 2 Ladies only. ( intermediate 1 ladies Interested please talk to Henri ) · 10 week session Wednesdays 8:30-10:00. $180( Ladies who join this class will have a special discount at Tuesdays Styling class which is required in order to be part of this class ).

This Fun Class will star with a warm up to loosen up your body and make you get in tune with your Hot Sexy side. Henri will break down the most exciting and sexy styling that you can apply to your basic Salsa partnering moves. Cross body lead, right turns, left turns, head whips, arms styling as well as leg styling. will be key in this class |
